With RiPanel, individual enclosures and accessories can be configured online and ordered with live price information.
Plant planners and designers need also for individual cabinets simple configurators that include accessories, plausibility checks and 3D visualization. Rittal now offers this with RiPanel. Predefined drilling patterns come from libraries and the online store is directly connected. Users can also import and place individual breakouts. RiPanel is presented by Rittal as a powerful configuration tool with simple operation, high transparency and consistency across the entire engineering, ordering and manufacturing process.
Breakouts can be clearly placed in 3D. The user can see exactly where his breakouts are located in relation to other components of the cabinet. A running parts list of the selected components shows the parts selected in each case and, via connection to the online store, the total costs incurred. The user can also see what his current composition will cost when it is manufactured and assembled by Rittal.
Integrated plausibility checks prevent possible incorrect orders or wrong designs already in the planning phase. All data is stored in RiPanel and can be easily used for subsequent projects, even in the event of modifications.
The virtual prototype of the planned control cabinet can be transferred to manufacturing machines for further NC machining, for example to the Perforex MT. The data can also be transferred to the new RiPanel Processing Center production control. (Image Rittal)
